A tsdown plugin slot — accepts tsdown plugins, any Rolldown plugin form,
`null`/`undefined`/`false`, Promise | promises, and
nested arrays. Mirrors Rolldown's `RolldownPluginOption` but with
[`TsdownPlugin`](Interface.TsdownPlugin.md) as the atom so that tsdown-specific hooks are
type-checked.
